I've got a 1999 Civic EX sedan. I want to buy a set of tail lights that doesn't have the amber portion of the lens like the stock one does. I can't seem to figure out who the 'go-to' manufacturer of tail lights is. I don't like cheaping out on anything and would buy a Honda version if they made it.

All I can find are search results for a brand named 'Spyder' and they don't seem to make the tail light anymore. I also see a bunch of online retailers who used to sell this manufacturers tail light. For example: http://civic-united.com/99-00-Honda-...Red-Clear.html I'm not about to buy some trashy ill fitting random tail light off of ebay either.

I want the nicest, highest quality, non pimp-my-ride, stock looking tail light possible. Just wish the deleted amber wasn't exclusive to the 99-00 Civic coupe.

I had really bad service from them... Another option if your stock taillights are in good condition is just redding out the amber portion of the taillight, using transparent red vinyl. I did it to my 94-97 integra tails and everyone thinks I have legit 98-01 all red tails A measly $10 to change the look I believe I got a roll on ebay

*edit I'm not familiar with civic tails, so my suggestion might not work
