CTR/ITR Cams GSR Manifold S300 calibration recommendation.
I recently installed CTR cams in my GSR head with a B20B with a GSR IM. I am currently running the stock ITR map on the Hondata S300v2 with the butterflies opening when VTEC hits at 5700.
My question is: should I open the butterflies around in the mid range around 4500 or should I leave them closed till VTEC hits?
The stock ITR map is for short runners but will I see a better torque band if I left the butterflies closed till VTEC? or should I open them before in the mid range? or should I just open them up all the way?
This is of course only temporary till I get an appointment for a tune. It came down to Bisi or Church Auto depending on availability. Unless someone can recommend better... I don't have a wideband so gotta dyno tune.

Opening the butterflies early I would assume you would loose torque as keeping them shut and opening much later 5300+RPM would help you keep your powerband smooth and give you constant torque all the way through.
def wait for DYNO tune through ;-)
