Looking for precut sch40 4-1 ss t4 collector... BMC is a no go.
Looking for a good source for a precut sch40 4-1 ss t4 collector, 4" or 5" overall height.
Short version, BMC is a no go anymore for me because I ordered one and they sent it in sch10 mistakenly. Sent it back and received the correct material the 2nd time BUT it is mis-cut with alignment issues. Looks like I am sending it back for a refund and looking for someone else because they do not want to resend one cut correctly to replace it... apparently they have issues with accurately cutting the sch40 5" per Gretchen with BMC last email reply.
Any suggestions for a well cut collector with a precise merge point?

They do not specify on their site, did yours coming in sch40 or sch10?
Was it cut precisely and fit together without gaps in the merge point?

I can imagine your frustration.
I was very dissappointed by BMC, got a street manifold from the - supposedly the last one from James himself.
Cracked after a month of use, all the welds on the intake runners, cracked. Its a shame.
I spoke to them, they say send it back, am on the other side of the earth - dont have the motivation to send it back and then have it shipped back.
Here is a pic of what am taking of

Not Looking to flame, just disappointment.

Did you have an excess amount of torque on your chargepipe? That sucks so bad! The welds look awesome!
That aluminum cracking like that is from him bottoming out the runners up against the flange and not giving the runners any expansion when heated and cooled.
