Default start issue

My daughters 1993 del sol 1.5l s. Radiator got a hole in it and she said she pulled over as fast as she could. I replaced the radiator. Started and had a leak at the water pump. Replaced water pump and timing belt. Over heating and lower hose was cool so I replaced the tstat. Topped off radiator and all good. Next day would not start. Checked and 3 of 4 plug wells were full of oil. Pulled valve train and replaced the 4 orings as well as vakve cover gasket and upper tube seals. New plugs and wires. Adjusted all valves. Started right up. Sounded great. Next day would not start. After several attemps it started and about 15 minutes later check engine light came on. Car sounds fine drove it on highway no overheating. Error code 43 fuel system error. Everything I have read says o2 sensor but one guy said his timing was off. I had a friend check my timing belt and said it was good but felt a little loose on the back end.i think thats where slack sould be. So after it gets warm and the light comes on if you kill it then it will not start till the next day. Hard to start but then sounds great when running. Any help is appreciated as to where I should go from here.

Another question...can a 106tooth timing belt be a different length and will the car run and sound normal if it is. With me changing the belt and adjusting the valves should I need to change the timing? Why would it start untill warm then not start again till next day?

Antifreeze on 2 and 3 plugs. Looks like head gasket.
