the bronze pin in the lower right corner. Does this plug into anything? I have tried searching and no one seems to be talking about the pin.

 

why don't you pull your current one and see....looks like a possible ground ??

 

unfortunately I pulled my current one. I has a mental lapse and didn't pay attention to if there was something plugged in. It looks like a ground to me too. I have no headlight after reinstalling the switch so im hoping this is the culprit.

 

well there must be a loose wire somewhere with a plug that fits that thing.

 

^ Nope. That's for the horn on a non-SRS Civic. Doesn't apply to OP.
