I think it's called the compliance bushing or "strut rod bushing" It's on the front lower control arm and mounts to the frame, on the arm that holds the sway bar bushing.
I found an OEM part number, trying to see if there is an energy direct replacement or a direct bolt in fix, I see where it looks like it has a bracket that encases it? Was wondering if all you do is unbolt it and the bushing falls out and place new one in and bolt down or what the story is, was wanting some feedback.
Part # : 51395-SR3-N02
I notice my ball joint creeks and I'm just going to change that bushing while I'm down there and then order the Hardrace front lcas with the other two bushings pre-pressed in the next two weeks.

If you are going to buy HardRace lca's, you might as well scratch that and just buy the HardRace master bushing kit. More bang for your buck. The master bushing kit also includes the Compliance Bushing.
ES does offer a replacement. However you can only get it in the Control kit, IIRC.. It's also smaller than the OEM part. Not sure what it affects, but just something I noticed.
As far as removal/install. the is a nut on top of a washer. Remove that nut and washer and you can slip the bushing off and replace it.

thumbs down for ES... I bought their master bushing kit and 2 years later they are falling apart,
I am going for the hardrace LCA bushing to get me by for now and then i will buy the complete kit.
i do not recommend Energy Suspension brand...their shifter bushings are ok but suspension stuff kinda sucks.

I just don't wanna deal with the hassle of pressing in or burning out the old bushings.. time that my car is down does come into play considering I daily it and live in an apartment, it's not so much what I do but just how long the car is in the air. I just don't trust myself to do it in a day or two of fiddling around.
