Default Idle stumbles when you let off the gas

When it drops back down it hits like 400-500rpm and then picks back up. Does it whenever you give it gas and let off. I put another TB on. Could it be that the tune wants it lower than the idle screw is set at or something?. Not sure what to check.

Distributor, plugs, wires are all new. Motor has maybe 40k on it. Havent checked the egr system but I wouldnt think it would be all clogged up with this low of miles...

EDIT:

The guy I got the car from had installed a adjustable FPR. Instead of running one of the side ports to the rail his stupid a$$ used the 1/8 port for the pressure gauge to go to the rail. Could this cause an issue possibly?.

FITV and IACV have been cleaned also.

If you mean hooking it up and doing a few pulls on the road then no. My suspension is so low its not driveable here at the moment.

I think he is referring to resetting the ecu itself. So all you have to do is unplug the ecu from the engine harness/ ecu jumper harness you have and plug it back in. Or you can try pulling of your negative battery cable of for about 30 seconds then bolting it back down. The last way seems to be the easiest to do, just pop your hood and go in your fuse box and pull the clock/radio 7.5 amp fuse for 30 seconds and put it back in.

Your issue might be related to your ecu/tune, so just reset your ecu and go from there if it doesn't solve anything then your ecu/tune may need to be replaced.

Has your car always done this with your ecu you have now? If you have access to your stock ecu and or a different ecu try swapping that in and see what happens.

This was with another chip in it. I have another chip coming in today. Hopefully it makes a difference.
