Post Help vitara build d16z6 rod bearing clearances????

help need some help due to the clearances i have with my d16z6 vitara build. this setup will be for turbo after break in.

okay i am using eagle h beam rods and vitara pistons in my setup for boost.
i have already plastigauged my bearings ACL STD bearings on my mains and my rods.

on my Mains i had .0015 straight across the bearings.
and on my Eagle rods i have .001 straight across.

i assume my mains is a go leave it as is.
but how about my eagle rods, w/STD bearings i got .001 across torqued it to spec like 43 ft lbs. according to the eagle.

can i use .001 on my rods? what would be bad to go that tight.
or should i go at least .0015 clearance. how would i achieve that ???

need some major help...
i need this thing running my motor in my car needs replacement asap...

Do not go with .001 on the rods. Between. 0015 and. 002 is ideal. Since they seem even across all 4 rods look into the acl bearings with hx in the code they provide more clearence. If not then maybe oem red or pink will get u up a bit

I do believe .001" is to tight

ACL race bearings will give you a .0015-.002" clearance

How many threads do you need asking about clearances? I count at least half a dozen.
