Default 96 civic ex misfiring

Check engine light came on so I took my car to the shop and got codes: P0301, P0302 and P1300. Then they said my clutch was slipping and I need a new transmission. These codes are for misfiring, so screw that place... Should I still drive my car??

Last tune up? Any other work done recently? Check the FAQ above for ignition testing before you drive any more as you could damage your cat.
