Default mini-me question, did a search and couldnt find answer

OK i did a bunch of searches, read a lot of topics, here is my confusion.

d16a6 block
d16y8 head
Using a chipped d16a6 ecu, with high fuel maps and rev limit.
NOW.

1. I use the d16a6 distrib. Y or N?
2. If I am using the D16y8 intake manifold, do I have to do any re-wiring to make it fit with the current obd0 wiring.
OR
Is it better to just say screw it and keep the d16a6 manifold?
OR
Is it better to use the D16y8 manifold and use the d16a6 TB

Really not sure, but I want to know this before I get into all of the work.

1- use ur A6 distribuitor... it will bolt in to the Y8
2-well i am not sure., but i know u can even use a Z6 manifold on stock harness. ( i do) just use the MAP on the TB and not the firewall
3-dont change TB if u using the Y8.. the Y8 its bigger....

does anyone know if the y8 intake manifold would be a hassle to use?

its not a hassle, i have it on my car. there is one sensor on the back drivers side that stays connected to the wire harness but thats it. i just have it zip tied up out of the way. and your air intake sensore needs to be relocated to your filter housing (i just unwrapped the harness and re routed it to the neck that comes off of the box) or where ever you like.
