Skunk2 intake fuel rail studs stripped?
I replaced the fuel rail on my XSi head recently in order to relocate the FPR to the end so I could put the IAT sensor canon plug back in. After doing that I got a leaking #1 injector. I pulled the fuel rail to check the o-rings and when I tried to reinstall the studs that hold the fuel rail down stripped. The center stud is fine but the outside two are basically done.
What can I do here? The center one actually loosened up and came out but I can't break the other ones free, I'm assuming they can be replaced right?

Man, sorry to leave this hanging out there. I didn't get notification of replies til this morning.
I've tried the vise grips and can't get them to budge. I ordered a stud extractor tool through Oreilly but it hasn't come in yet. I've had luck with the tool before on different applications so hopefully it will work on this too. I think the threads are so far gone it wouldn't be worth trying to repair them at this point. Where might I go about getting new ones? Would I have to have them custom made?
From what I was told from the person I bought the car from, the XSi is one of the variants of the first integras with vtec. They were apparently referred to as RSi and XSi depending on the trim level. It's basically just a B16 DOHC Vtec head.

You're right there, mind you that "xsi/rsi" are chassis codes for the eraly integra. the engine is a JDM B16A first/2nd gen I pb blasted the **** out of them heated them then proceeded with vise grips. gl

believe it or not my middle one was fine also
. not sure why they made them different lengths you can use the factor spacers to have the rail sit flush.

I used two M6 x 1.00 x 25mm bolts for the ends and some washers as spacers since I had no factory spacers. It actually looks pretty clean and works well. As long as I stay free of fuel leaks I'll be happy with it.
Thanks for the info guys.
