Default Electric Unlock Problem

I've got a 99 Accord EX that I bought with some messed up door locks, and I'm trying to fix them, but I can't seem to find much info on this.

Here's what's going on. The locks will lock/unlock fine, manually. The locks will only lock electrically though. When you depress the switch to unlock them, nothing happens. I feel pretty confident it's not the switch either, because I tried the passenger switch also.

Anyone have any experience with this? I've found one post online that stated it's probably the MICU. I couldn't find which multiplexer that was referring to, but I think it's the one on the passenger side. I don't really want to just go buy another MICU though, only to find out that it's not the problem. I also tried resetting the computers (pulled the battery cables off the battery & shorted them across for a few minutes). Same deal after the reset.

Tips, relevant wiring diagrams? Anything like that would be helpful. I'm just not sure if the basic alarm diagrams are quite going to cut it here.

Thanks.
