crower cams (bc0022) an springs/retainer install?

crower cams (bc0022) an springs/retainer install?
Just got these cams/springs/reatiners new from a friend.
want to install them with the head on the block, do i have to worry about the valves dropping when i remove the keepers?an any other surprises? if so how do i go about it.
