I have the euro-r intake, so Im going to take a guess there similar minus the 3-pin IACV issues. If you have a PDE head you should be fine, to make a PDE intake fit on a P13 head you have to cut the tips off of the mounting flange for clearence to mount flush. I had to get a adapter plate for my euro-r's IACV, jdm-to-usdm "3 holes to 2 holes". They also have a special jdm screw intake temp sensor, but those should work fine on usdm wire harness if the type-s has it too.
I dont think the vacuum lines would be any different... If theres extras just plug them, if you need some just drill and tap a small hole on the backside. Aluminum is super soft, a regular drill and a metal bit will chew right through it. Then just screw in a copper hose piece. Just do a good clean up so theres no metal bits being sucked into the engine.
Heres the link to Rosko Racing's web page where he talks about modding the euro r to fit, maybe it might help you. You dont have the air holes by the injectors though. http://roskoracing.com/TechBlog/?p=87
