Trying to identify where this wire harness connector is supposed to go [photo inside]
Hey guys,
http://imgur.com/WGfFskI
This photo is of a 97 Honda Accord LX. I took it underneath the dash. The fuse box is to the bottom right of the photo. There was an aftermarket alarm system installed in the car that must have been partly removed when I bought it, so there are random wires coming from the harness and they must have unplugged it. I'm trying to find where it is supposed to go to see if that is what is causing my passenger side window to not go down/up and my automatic door locks to not work.
Thanks!

Check number one then go on to checking the connector to the passenger windows switch (the actual switch in the passenger door). They're prone to getting dirty.
What problem(s) is the door lock presenting? No result at all? Some doors? Weak actuation?

That may be the harness connector for the optional Honda security system.
It kind of looks like the installer of the aftermarket alarm system may have tap into the Black/White wire which is the lock input that goes to the power door lock control unit and the Orange wire which is the unlock input that goes to the power door lock control unit.

If that is the connector for the optional Honda security system and you don't have the optional security system, then the connector would not be connected.
Thanks for the help so far guys, much appreciated!
@DeadlockRiff, I just replaced the driver's side window motor and plugged in a new window motor on the passenger side to test if that the issue. It didn't move at all still, so it must be electrical. I'm almost certain I tried plugging in a new passenger side window control switch (the full assembly with auto lock and everything). It may have been the driver's side though.
I also just ordered a new door lock control unit, which should be coming in a few days. The issue with the windows is a very strange one. The rear windows only work like 50% of the time and I have to open the driver's door about 45 degrees, no more, no less in order for them to work... I was thinking it may have something to do with the unit that allows you to use the windows after you take the keys out, but leave the doors shut... just a thought

Sounds more like the wires are "pinched" where they go thru the door jam. Holding the door open at "45" and they work but when closed or fully open they don't.....hummm, think about what you posted.
There is a "boot" covering the wires from the body to the door....that is where I would be spending my time....but that is just me

I found this wiring schematic and am trying to find how best to test with a multimeter.

The green/blue, green, yellow, yellow/green, blue/yellow, and blue seem to be getting .3 volts when I hold the respective switches in the up/down positions. The Green/white always gets 12 volts (with ignition on).. should the white/black, white/yellow, blue/black be getting 12 volts also with the ignition on? None of the windows besides the driver's one are working now that I fiddled with the harness underneath the dash that leads out to the boot in the door
Thanks for the help

I'm going to replace the wiring inside the door and the section that connects to it through the boot under the dash. I found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1997-HONDA-ACCORD-SEDAN-EX-OEM-Front-Left-Driver-Door-Wire-Wiring-Harness-/161009427746?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item257ce8e522&vxp=mtr
But I can't seem to find the under the dash section.. Is it called the floor harness?
