okay so i have a 93 ex coupe. d16z6 motor. i have a spun bearing. kinda new to the car modding. but i had a mechanic come by and look at it. he said what i could do is buy a block from a junkyard and have it worked on at a machine shop and then just buy forged pistons since i'm already at that point. it does sound like a good idea. but i was also thinking about just buying a d15b non vtec . and swapping my z6 head onto it, or just keeping it non vtec and boost with low compression . all seem like good ideas but idk which would be cheapest and most worth the time. any opinions out there ?
