I've currently got an ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch with HD pressure plate. The unsprung disc is too much for daily driving, so I was thinking of trading it for a SPEC Stage 3+ solid disc with 1k miles. Will I be able to re-use my ACT HD pressure plate? What about the throwout bearing?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

You should be able to. Throw out bearing should be the same for both pressure plates.
