Default Failed smog check need help!

Hello my fellow Honda enthusiasts I am in need of your guys' expertise. I have a fully stock California registered 2000 Honda Accord LX 4cyl. It was time for a smog check and it FAILED! The tech said it was due to a bad catalytic converter. I am coming to you guys for a 2nd opinion. I have attached the smog check results, I hope it helps.

What do you guys think? Do I need a new cat?

Thanks all,

Augie

When your CO levels are within range and your HC is high, the cat's not doing its job. Get a new cat.
