It's got paper plate so its probably registered as no title. But 30k is never going to happen without title. This is a gray market car but if the law passes about lowering years to make legal then it should be easily registered. Good luck with sale your going to need it

 

It isnt as hard to title as you think.

 

You could easily probably get a title for it through your state. But it will still be considered a grey market car. But you will be able to get plates for it.

I would title it if I was you, when they bitch about the price you can tell them TGFU!! Cause a landed and title GTT34 for 30k ,you are giving that car away.
