I got a 93 civic that wont pass smog. No check engine light and everything is smog legal. Can't figure out what's wrong with it and don't have money totaled it to a shop.

 

Maybe you want to say WHY it's not passing instead of making people have to ask or guess?

 

We are magically supposed to know why it is failing? Post the sheet they gave you.

You're asking the wrong question.
It won't pass smog. What does that mean? Did you take it to get smogged and the person just told you "computer says nooooo?" or did you get an actual reason WHY?
As in too much CO2? Too much NO2? Too much what? Why? We need more info than what you have given us

 

They didn't even finish the smog. The said there's no way it's passing and after they got done with it my check engine light was on. Never got the paper. So I guesse I got screwed over.

 

Yes, you got screwed over. There's no way they can know if you pass if they don't get a printout unless there's no cat attached to the car.
You need to go back and have them tell you what the problem is.

 

And you didn't ask them what was wrong?
