Default CEL 16 After Cleaning IACV

As the title states. I cleaned my IACV today with some Carb cleaner, gave it about 15-20 mins to dry out and used some compressed air for good measure. Put it all back in and hooked up the coolant lines and plugged in the electrical plug and when it started it idled really rough then died, and CEL code 16 popped up.

Any ideas?

try resetting the ecu, pull the hazard fuse from the engine fuse box for a minute.

if its idling low, open up the throttle idle screw to get more air in.

This thread can be closed. In the process of removing the IACV I accidentally unplugged the map sensor and the plug from the resistor box somehow. But anyways problems fixed! :D
