93 accord wont start
Okay, Here's my headache.
(round 1)Replaced the timing belt and water pump. put the thing back together and everything was okay. Car just died on the way home. Took everything back apart and found out timing had jumped.
(round 2) Put it all back together and went to start. wouldn't start. the thing wouldn't even attempt to start. Took it all back apart and found out timing had jumped again. Belts are still tight and the belt is new from the water pump install.
(round 3) finally got everything back aprt and found that the cam markings are off again. Took it all apart and put it all back again. the belt is as tight as i can get it and yes i turned the motor (both ways)to see if i could get the tensioner any tighter and to see if the belt slips. Nothing out of the normal. I went to start it and it doesn't want to start. Anybody have any suggestions. I can't afford to take it to the shop so it needs to be something in i can do in my garage with limited tools. Feel free to throw out suggestions or make and offer. Its a black 93 accord with an auto trans. Also i am out in the boonies with the closest small town about 40 miles away.
All help will be deeply appreciated.

Is it safe to assume that you are tightening the tensioner bolt to specs ? Perhaps you aren't doing the proper tension.
You should do a compression test now to see if there is any damage.
