Default 2000 Civic DX manifold replacement

I took my car in the other day to have the timing belt and water pump replaced and found that I have a crack in the manifold. My buddy told me to check ebay for one as they run pretty cheap on there.

The aftermarket ones run so much cheaper but I really don't want to look at a CEL all the time and i don't want to fool with an o2 simulator i feel they more hassle then they're worth. All =I'm looking for is something that is going to be durable and last and I'm not worried about performance upgrades, if I can save some money would be great. So one of the aftermarket headers has no cat so obviously that's going to shoot some codes but I still found one with a hiflow cat for still about 100 bucks cheaper then a stock manifold. It also has the bungs for the o2 sensors.

Would anyone recommend going with that ebay header with the hiflow cat to save some money? Will the CEL come up even with that hiflow cat? Or am I best to just stick with a stock manifold and call it a day?
