What harness and ecu are you using.

Main relay clicking and feul pump prime when you turn the key on?

Sure you got the firing order right when you changed the distributor?

Obd1 harness and p28
I replaced the fuel pump when I had my single cam like a month before swap
I haven't really paid attention to main relay
And yes I found a spark plug order diagram on here and even matched them with my buddy's obd2 gsr ek.
I'm going to double check the alternator that I rewires to obd1 but any other ideas I should look at besides main relay, fuel pump, and alternator?

Make sure you've got the ground on the thermostat housing connected.

In the under hood fuse box check fuses 31 & 32.

In the under dash fuse box check fuse 18.

Dd you line up the dizzy rotor right? Do you hear the fuel pump prime? Is the ecu chipped?

Didn't really check about lining the dizzy right. I tough it only goes in if its lined up.
Fuel pump I'm checking later.
Ecu not yet chipped.
The car crancks but like misfires I don't have the downpipe connected so
It's like gun shots.lol

When you took out the old dizzy did you look at where the rotor was pointing and point the new rotor to the same place? It's sounds like your timing is off, Try moving to dizzy fowards and backwards to see if it will start.

If that doesn't work then do this.

Make should number one piston is at tdc on the compression stroke and the dizzy rotor pointing to number one spark plug tower on the dizzy cap.

I'm not sure if a stock p28 ecu will start a b-series motor.

So I finally got it running. The timing belt was some what loose and made the car to get out of time
Fixed the timing got a new timing belt bolted everything back and turned right up. Thanks for the info you guys gave me.
