This is my 92 Civic Hatch, bought in 2006 in Florida. I'm the 2nd owner. Adult driven. The car slowly was built over the years, with the ls/v done in Feb of 2010. This has been my DD up until 2012.

All work was done by mechanic in FL and purposefully built for increased handling. Also a few jdm goodies inside & out.
Pretty much it's a terrific DD or track car.
All receipts for parts/maintenance and such have been kept, including dyno runs.

The car sat for the past 7 months in barn and started right up when i took it out. No body rust. The bad IMO is that the original paint/clear coat is fading (no spiders, no cracks, just clear coat failure ie, hazy/cloudy) and the rear bumper paint is chipping. I bought to car with a dent in rear quarter panel I meant to fix... it's stil there I also had planned on re-painting the entire car while I fixed the quarter panel, but things changed...

Engine is ls/vtec (b16 pistons, arp bolts, itr cams, itr intake, supertech springs/retainers). Protuned with Chrome. 2nd & 3rd tranny syncro's replaced 3 years ago. Tranny shifts smoothly. Engine has around 25k on it and body has (guesstimating) 200k+ on it.
Suspension on Tein SS coilovers, 22" itr sway bar + ASR subframe brace, Skunk2 LCA rear, Skunk2 top LCA's, Hx's rims. Rear disc brake conversion, itr brake booster, upgraded brake lines. FX retrofit and lots of jdm goodies inside/out (tail lights, side markers etc), including red recaro seats from Itr and more...

I don't want to sell my car as everybody who is a car enthusiast knows that I've put more money and blood into it than I will get back. BUT, i am not using it and I feel this is a car that needs to be driven as intended, so I hope to find it a good home! I've relocated to the NE and to a different platform (subaru), so without a garage to keep it in, I feel it is time to part with it.

I will include all misc honda items to buyer including spare parts (interior/exterior/engine) that i have kept.
