Default 91 Honda Accord Coupe. Had head block done nw a bunch of other problems

I have a problem here and trying not o sell my honda. Had the cylinder head surfaced because t was warped. Ever since the heads the been put back in the car goes through a cycle that it slows down like your foot is not on gas and then picks up spedd and drives like nothing has happened. Also all you smell is raw gas when driving even when its sitting still and running

If you smell raw fuel can you check and see if it is leaking around the fuel rail or fuel filter? If you have a fuel leak it could cause a stumble.

Should also check for proper spark coming from the spark plugs.

Did the machine shop/garage do a compression test on the engine after the head was installed?

Check your spark plugs... if you have one/or more that are wet with fuel. You are having a spark or fuel issue. Check all of your electrical connections and ensure they are clean and tight.

You can check your fuel injectors, Start by making sure that all of the 2 wire electrical clips on the injectors are clean and tight. Then you can test the injectors operation by taking a long shank screwdriver, or a wooden handle. Place the tip on the body of the fuel injector and then place your ear to the handle. With the engine running. Listen to each of the 4 fuel injectors and make sure they are all clicking the same. If you hear one that isn't clicking it could be stuck open. This would cause flooding/fuel smell.
