Icon2 vibration from passenger side when accelerating fast

I own a 96 civic dx, 2 months ago I took my car to a local shop to replace the cv axels. After a few days from the shop, I noticed a virbation coming from passenger side when I accelerate fast. Took the car back to the shop and they said my front wheel bearings were shot. I just replaced the wheel bearings two days ago myself at a buddy's garage. I'm still having the same problem, and it still sounds like wheel bearing noise, but I just replaced them so what the f is going on!!! I did notice that when I was breaking the passenger side hub but loose it was real hard to break free, a lot harder then the drivers side. And when I pulled the hub away from the axel, there was alot of tension on the axel. If someone could give me some advice it would be appreciate it. All the ball joints and tie rods look great. Thank you.

Scraping? Humming? Buzzing? Clicking? More description of the noise.

Have you done basic bearing/tie rod/ball joint checks? Put the front of the car on jack stands. Grab the wheel at 12/6, and try to wiggle it. Grab again at 3/9 and try to wiggle it. If it moves more than a few MM at 3/9, part of your tie rod assembly is going bad. If it moves more than a few MM at 12/6, your ball joint is going bad. If it moves at both, either it's all fucked, or your bearing is shot. Repeat the test on another wheel so you can get a feel for what movement is normal.

The concern I'm having is the tension in the passenger side cv axel. When I pulled the hub off, there was ALOT of tension on the axel. Could the shop have put the axels mixed up and on the wrong sides?? Could that tension on the axel be causing the humming vibrating noise I'm hearing and why it vibrates the whole car when I push on the gas hard.
