Alright guys. I have a few other loose ends to tie up before I can get my project started and running. I am currently running a multi-piece catback exhuast and test pipe. This is all ebay stuff. But it is intended to be interchangeable with stock exhaust components, so the piping should still be the same.

I need to know where I can order two and three bolt exhaust flange gaskets of a certain diameter.

I also need to know what the dimensions are on the spring bolt that connect the header/exhaust manifold to the cat/test pipe. I did not run any the first time and the fitment was poor and I wound up bending my test pipe flange. Someone mentioned being able to find them at a parts store like autozone or advance, so I just need to know what kind to get.

And does anyone have a felpro part number fort the gasket that goes between the exhaust manifold and the cat? Most people refer to it as a donut gasket.

So you didn't use springs bolt the first time. go to the hard ware store grab 2 springs and bolts that fit threw the holes of the exhaust manifold and test pipe. as for length 7-10 inches area there's usually plenty of room down there anyways.

 

Summit Racing is a good source for 2 and 3 bold flanges and gaskets.

For the "donut gasket" why not just order the OEM piece fom Majestic?

 

I am trusting FelPro for all the gasket needs I can on this build. They have not failed me yet (rear main, exhaust manifold gaskets, throttle body, intake manifold, valve cover set) so I want to maintain that consistency across the build.

I will start checking summit with the flange types and pipe diameters. Thanks for the advice. Still looking to see if anyone knows about the spring bolts with some specific information.
