Wheel Bearing or CV axle or both?
Long story short in bullet form;
- I have a 93 Honda Accord 5MT
- When I turn slow I hear a clicking up front.
- Between 30-80 MPH I hear and feel a buzzing/vibration and the noise and feel never decrease with speed, it just stay the same
- One shop tells me the right front wheel bearing needs to be replaced
- One shop tells me the right CV axle needs to be replaced
What say you?

Usually that is the outer CV joint. Have you checked for torn boots?
If the tires are aired up correctly, not snow tires, and the car has over 100K miles then yup wheel bearing.
Both.
Both.
I've seen vids on youtube on how to use the bearing remover and adapter kit from Harbor Freight though I have yet to actually remove and install a new bearing myself.
But it would appear the only hard part is removing the race that becomes stuck on the the hub.

Both jobs aren't bad to do. You need a slide hammer, axle socket, breaker bar, sledge hammer, pry bar, and hand tools. That's why when you buy and see accord people usually do a ROH conversion.
