When i was geting my springs put on at my friends Jeffry Lube. This dude with 4 dr Accord came up to me and
asked me "so put in GSR engine in your car huh?"
I was like " why would put GSR engine in a Type R?"
he is like "oh yeah...i had Type R engine in my car..i'm running around 220-230whp"

b18c5 in a 4 dr accord. hummm.

 

some guy asked me once why i painted my type R yellow. i was like i donno, ask the guys at honda...

LOL, similar story when we were at Nopi this year in GA. Some dumb redneck came up to us while we were washing ours ,at the carwash...doh, and claim he had a camaro that ran mid 13's at 180 mph.

I tried not to laugh since were I lived I have alot of those redneck chewing nascar-lovers freaks that get a boner when they see F&F's.

I have kids on the street ask my to roll down the window just to tell me that his friend has a Spoon Engine that runs 10's in the 1/4 mile (run-on sentence, I know.)

 

Years ago I ran across some kid with a SOHC Civic who claimed a 10 whp gain from using everclear as an octane booster.

 

Ive been asked before if my R was the "V6 Integra". of course I replied "yes". You cant blame someone for not knowing something like that, but at the same time, you can resist being a wiseass

 

Domestic owners are just as bad. As I was leaving the drag strip I asked some late 30's guy in a 92 mustang cobra what times he ran. He said his best of the night was 15.1 on street tires and that he runs 12's on slicks. Man, I want some of those magic slicks...according to his logic, I'd run 11's

On my drive up here to Edmonton Alberta....
it was 5:30 am and I was pulling into a Chevron (gas station those who might be reading this and never heard of it...hehe)

I was driving our Project Civic 6th gen hatchback. I shut off the HIDs and some funk *** gas station attendent comes up to me and tells me

"I have the same car....except it's in a coupe.....I also have the same lights...the super neon plasma type....."

"really? Cool man...."

Then he proceeds to tell me he races his car.....

"SO what class do you race? IP3? IP2? in SCCBC right?

"No man, I race in SPCCA...."

OK....it's 5:30am and I got like 3hours of sleep....**** he almost had me there.....
he digresses...

"yeah man....my friend's uncle built me the car...it's pretty much undriveable on the street....I can only get like 3 days of insurance for it per year....."

"really? Oh cool....."

"Yeah man...it's got like a 3.0L Type-R engine in it......and weighs like....yeah....12-1300lbs"

"really...? Oh cool....."

"So yeah, I'm going to this really crazy party this weekend with my friends in this stretch limo.....it's like 350 to rent it...there's gonna be like women everywhere....."

"really? Oh cool....I gotta check my tires man....take it easy...."

I can see why they put that guy around at 5am.....half the people who came into the station at that time looked like they were either stealing something, had stolen something or were ready to steal something..... figured this guy was there to creep em out....or talk some sense into them.....



I shoulda taken a pic of this dood.... posted up on HT.com....the man who owns the 3.0L Type-R motor 6th gen coupe that races in SPCCA in the BS class for cars that are 12-1300lbs with super neon plasma headlights !

 

Cool, the SPCCA. He races dogs (spca is an animal shelter).

 

High school is the worst. No matter what you try to argue against someone, they are always right.

Someone trys to tell me that their AEM intake gives them 30 HP. That's typical.

Someone tells me they have a chipped ecu that gives them 50hp. Typical again..

Someone says another guy he knows has a Spoon engine.. GAY GAY GAY.

There is always some nerdy *** talking about something rediculous. It pisses me off. NO ONE KNOWS ****. I'm glad I graduated.

I got a real good one in my math class in college there was this spanish guy an i over heard him talkin about his civic an at the time my roomate was selling a B16 complete swap so i asked if he was intersted in it an he says to me "yo does it come with the rearend"i say dude its a front wheel drive car there is no rear end,he then accused my of trying to scam him sayin his friend bought a swap with no rear end an his stock one blew out i then walked away......Stupid Ricer

here's another...called the local NAPA to get some spark plugs i told the guy i needed NGK PFR6G-11 an that they were for an integra type r,his next queston was if i needed 6 i asked why he then informed me that a type r is a v6..........stupid redneck


oh an highschool i dont want to start about thoose storry's at my highschool you werent coll unless ytou had a Chevy Z71 with 44in tires so you can imagine teh **** i heard but where were they at when someone broght dads Mustang to prom an i waxed'em....once again gotta love rednecks
