You need any obd1 ecu that can accept a socket for a chip (which you already have)....the chip and tune you have would be the deciding factor.

The P28 is fine, it will work with most anything as the EPROM is what decides the actual tune. You could actually use a chipped P75 since you don't have VTEC..
