new to turbos
Oil feed and return lines.
Welcome, and please direct yourself to the FAQs and Howstuffworks.com to get some basic information as to how turbos work. I'll give you the links in case you missed them.

Which manifold is for me? -topmount/Kooks "ramhorn"/"log" etc

You're not going to get a step-by-step process and feedback on this thread without you looking through these links and other information thoroughly, so please do not "bump" for more information or what most on this forum call "spoonfeeding". Its highly frowned upon especially when there are over 10 years of information that is still found on this forum regarding turbochargers, their pros and cons, equipment, and cost. The search function on this particular site is not very good, so its best to Bing or Google with site:Honda-tech.com , then use your keywords to search.
Common questions as to "how much boost to run", "what's a safe PSI", "what's the best kit" (or what's the "best" of anything for that matter), or "what turbo should I run", will all get unanswered unless you provide a LOT of information on your end. Some of the component setups are rather cookie-cutter but that doesn't mean that there are not literally hundreds of variations in order to do it.
Using E-bay is not a good idea at all for complete kits, and mixed results occur when you mix those parts from E-bay (SSAUTOCHROME, CXRACING, GODSPEED, etc) with the quality ones, in terms of power, reliability, or fitment, so just be aware of that.
Do yourself a favor and get as familiar with the components and their proper names first before getting into a lot of analysis or big questions. Asking to verify how these work is fine, but only after you've shown some effort on your end.
Honda-Tech is a tough bunch.. Regardless of your experience on other people's platforms, large egos here get crushed very easily. So please be ready to take constructive criticism from those in-the-know (You'll know who they are by the completeness of their answers, and not just the 2-4 word answers typically given by others), and be prepared to explain your reasoning for your decisions in detail.. People here are genuinely trying to help, but a lot of us are a bit...abrasive, so don't get offended easily, don't get defensive by responding with immature keyboard courage, and when in doubt re-read what was stated... Doing all that, you'll be just fine.
I know this is your 5th post, just getting you ready, and if no one has already said it, welcome to Honda-Tech.

That's the basic if turbos. And it's it's heart so don't mess it up.
Also the big end is the drain and small end is the feed. Look up oil restrictors also. Some turbos need them some don't.

basically what everyone else said, if you cannot distinguish the oil feed from the return highly suggest you have the work done by a reputable shop local to you.
that being said I can tell from the pictures and the castings of the housings the dishes clearly an eBay turbo, so you've already taken 2 steps backwards. That turbo will fail sooner or later it's a fact you'd be better off trying to sell it on eBay cheap or just going ahead and throwing it in the trash or use it as a door stop because there's nothing you can do to keep them from breaking.
do you have any overall shots of the turbo? I'll bet a body part its eBay. Do you even know what size turbo it is, not that it matters since eBay turbos use all sorts of different compressor wheels, turbine wheels as well as compressor and turbine housing and they call them a GT 3076 but the wheel sizes and designs don't even remotely match what they call them, buying any eBay Turbo that is labeled after the brand name version is a crap shoot.
I suggest you read the FAQ section at the top of this page repeatedly and sincerely urge you to wait, do a lot of research, save your money and stop buying parts since your lack of knowledge is severely lacking when it comes to turbosv (no offense, we were all in your shoes at one time) and then decide on a quality kit and air fuel management system and then have a reputable shop install and tune the car
