Stock Si front brakes, 11" fastbrake kit rear. Would a 15/16 MC benefit?
Hey guys, just curious if I should pick up a new 15/16" master cylinder onto my big online parts order.
At the moment since my crx needs a new rear caliper, and mine are old and rusty, Im going to buy 2 brand new stock rear calipers, the fastbrake.com 11" rear adapter kit and there supplied rotors. My front setup will probably be upgraded sometime shortly down the road, but for now its new stock sized front calipers and rotors.
My stock m/c is 7/8", and as far as I can tell works fine, but its probably oem and 23 years old so I wouldnt mind replacing it if its not going to hurt, and might possibly help.
Worth the $60?

i would. since im sure u'll end up putting ex civic or integra brakes up front wich u'll definately need to then.
i went from 13/16 to 15/16 and then 1 inch... the difference is amazing. with 4 piston calipers in the front and rear disks i still had near-stock feel in terms of pedal travel. when i switched from the 4 pots back to 99-00 Si calipers and retained the 1 inch MC, the pedal is super firm and responsive. it's well worth the money.
