My problem is my car takes at least 15 mins plus of driving for it to warm up, and some times it goes cold while driving, i have never heard the fan on, but i checked that it works and it does! also when it is warmed up and i give it a hard driving the temperature drops again, and it definately goes cold, because vtec wont work, or will be **** crossover and not a fat as when warm? thermostat?

 

Your thermostat is dead (stuck open) or isn't there.

 

t-stat take It out test it and see if it works. replace if needed or it's the ECT sensor.

 

ill check if it is there how do i test it??

 

dump it in a pan of hot water but for the price you might as well replace it. it should "open"
