YA thats right i did it.... pretty stupid beeing such an expensive part to mess with... thought id clean the IAC out real good and took the adjustment screw all the way out didnt even count how many turns either.... dont know what i was thinking... o wait i wasnt... geez surprised i didnt loose the screw while i had it out....
at any rate is there a procedure to dial this thing in? ive been trying to adjust it for a while now off and on and cant seeem to get it right....

No you should be able to gt it back to how it was, just it's going to take time now to do it, or just get another one for it, and don't touch it.
