My car has had the battery light on for awhile now. It is very dim but it is on. I tested the Battery and it checks out good and also tested the alternator and it is good. Where do I go from here?

Also High beams aren't working and I hadn't found any posts where people have had both high beams not working issue. Where do I look for the problem there? Might be a ground idk.

all I can think of is check fuses and for high beam issue could be a switch maybe someone with more exp can chime in
