!!!!Precision 4272 & comp triple bearing 7288!!!!

we had a car with a GTX4502 at etown ran 9.19 switch to Comp 7285 and went 9.09 same boost, same 60ft, 330ft and same size exhaust housing.
Garrett GTX4502R here and works great went 9.03 on a pte 7285 switch the turbo only last year and went 8.87 first full pass. This year we have gone 8.72@178 should get a little quicker.
One statement i have heard about the comparison in question is "at the same duty cycle the comp made 5 less pounds of boost" just food for thought

Just to add we have a customer with a 2450lb integra that went 166mph with a stock tranny on a 7275 pte.
Also my car and his car are both on gas still no e85

I went 8.97@166 on the 4272 PTE and we haven't had much time on the 7280. All though I ran 173mph on 7280 with more in it. From what I see the 7280 is a much better turbo, but look at Ricky's mph 178 on similar turbo.
Im running the 4272 Precision now on my 3rd pass i went 9.3@162 on 32psi stock gsr tranny wit a LS fd (4.2).... Gonna turn the boost up next event.... The GTX4502 should be a nice upgrade if i can get my paws on 1...
I did some testing with the 4502r and the Cast Borg Warner out performed it. I went faster with BW on a lot less boost. I had to run a lot of boost with the 4502r. To run 169mph on the 4502R I was at 45psi with the BW I went 169mph on less then 35psi plus BW being $1000+ cheaper .....
Pro1 runs the new 72mm BW and it's been 130-135 in the 1/8th multiple times
Once I get my setup dialed in to make full use of my S467 (and decide I need more) I'll probably go with the 72mm BW unit.
