CRX Si with high mileage, is it worth it?

Im going to look at this beautiful CRX later today, although it has high km I figure I could do an engine swap down the road and doubt I will find one in this kind of aesthetic condition ever again.
My question is do you guys think this is worth it for the price? Is the high millage a price killer? What would you do in my situation?

This goes in the Value sticky. Personally I don't care, but some people will get their panties in a wad.
It doesn't look too bad as long as it is rust free, not a fan of the front, but that can be changed.

In your situation....I would RUN away. Only thing positive about that car is the clean interior. Other than that, I would be embarrassed to be seen in it. Price is high. I see that as a $1500-$2000 car at best.
Crawl under it with a flashlight and see how it looks on the underside. See if he'll take $2800 for it since you'll want to replace that front end without a doubt

Well I just looked on Chicago Craigslist and the one decent looking CRX is at $4,500, there's a black CRX with B16 swap with a BIN price of $3,300 but buying a car that has already had a swap is risky business, lots of swaps are poorly done.
