jdm h22a in a 1992 prelude

I cant drain the oil and put new oil in because I am in san diego for a month. But I thought Id post and find out whats wrong. i think its because of too much oil. i dont know


The car will idle at 100rpm most times. only sometimes it idles at 800-900

there is white smoke coming out of the tail(not the thick white smoke from a head gasket leak)
