more idle problems
I have a 91 accord ex with a f22a4, lately its been acting like its missfiring but i unplugged each spark plug and it did as it should and now it does the surging idle thing as well after it warms up. I just cleaned the iacv so im wondering if it might be the o2 sensor or something that involves air/fuel cuz that's what it seems like to me. Any advice would be much appreciated
any cel? is the cel operating?
did you remove coolant lines when cleaning your iacv? if so, did you bleed the coolant system afterwards?
ensure throttle plate is closing to the idle position.
check for vacuum leaks.
check to see if FITV is closed above 100F.
FITV being mis-adjusted (staying open above 100F coolant temp.) is most likely your culprit for your surging idle. may cause what seems like a misfire if a cel code is being pulled. the cause is too much air - injector pulse is cut to lower idle = surging.

The problem happens when its cold and warm. There's no cel and the light does work, yes i removed the coolant lines when i cleaned the iacv and i made sure to bleed the coolant system. I'll try checking the throttle plate and maybe re-adjusting the fitv
