Icon6 fresh B18A1 coolant in piston #2

having issues with a new build. it is getting coolant in the #2 cylinder. we have tried 2 Felpro Head Gaskets both with the same issue. the bottom end is all new. b18a1 block eagle crank and rods with low comp pistons and has new sleeves. the speed shop also put in a block guard. the top end has a BC turbo cam and springs. the head was checked and it is fine. not sure what else it could be. it will run. but the radiator hoses get extremely hard like exhaust is getting into the coolant and you can smell coolant in the exhaust. it also gets hot when drove. but not when sitting at an idle. there is no boost on the motor yet was trying to get it running first then put the turbo on.

Any help is appreciated on where to look next. the speed shop said he would recheck the block if needed. but wanted to get other ideas befor taking it to him. its a 2 hr drive.

Have you been putting the head gaskets on upside down? They are labeled with UP on the up side but people still manage to put them on incorrectly.

the coolant seemed to be on the intake side of the head when we removed it and it has a Blox intake not sure if that could cause the issue. the coolant port that goes to the intake has been bypassed

Sounds like a dropped/sunk sleeve.
