Houston ITR Meet (Let's try this again)
Allright guys let's try this again. Last time we tried to have a meet there was a BIG hoopla of who could come and who couldn't come. So here is the deal.
This is an ITR meet, but other members are allowed to come. No problems, I just don't want to have to buy food for 50+ people. oh yeah, no rice allowed
I have discussed it with rockwilda (Dustin) and we've come up with two dates. One is kind of short notice and the other is in a couple of weeks. We tried to pick a date that would't interfere too much with peoples Thanksgiving plans.
The itinerary is still as follows:
1) Meet at a Park
2) BBQ
3) Shoot the ****/whatever we feel like doing afterwards
For food, Dustin and I will get the food and we will tell everyone how much to chip at the event.
Actual locations will be emailed to all confirmed attendees prior to the event. Please respond here as well as sending rockwilda (Dustin) an email and PM including your contact telephone number.
Any suggestions and comments welcome.
