Icon6 DC5 K20A3 - Turbo or Supercharger?

Ok, First thing I want to say is I have done hours of research. Between many of forums and postings. So YES I know this has been asked MANY times. My reason for posting is that I am looking for more current answers than what I have found. Most of the things that I have been able to find has been from at least a year ago.

My basic questions,
1. Turbo or Supercharger?
2. What brand of Turbo/Supercharger?
3. My car is stock, so my main question is what do I Need to get to initially get a turbo set up that will make decent Horsepower; Without causing major damage to other components.
I realize upgrades/replacement parts is a never ending list. (Trust me I owned a Jeep Cherokee - May seem like a bad reference but trust me, A Jeep owner would understand this.)

I appreciate any and all feedback.

I'm only here for 2 years, and I do not have the time or resources to do a engine swap. I'm in Okinawa Japan on an Air Force base. I am looking for something that I can install, and have fun with while i'm here. I'm not afraid of doing a turbo vs a supercharger, I have heard that a supercharger is a lot easier to install and a lot easier to upkeep.

Supercharger will be quicker cheaper and easier by far.

A turbo has the potential to push out more hp but also has turbo lag

if you looking for a big improvement, turbo for sure.. but supercharger as said is easier and def not a bad way to do it.. i just feel with the cost factor and end goals need to be thought out before the decision is made.. my choice is turbo tho
