B20 non vtec to vtec conversion? parts needed?

B20 non vtec to vtec conversion? parts needed?
Ok so i just my first honda (always been a 240 guy).. its a 2000 integra with a b20 non vtec.. i definitely wanna go vtec on it.
I know that the most important thing is the head.. Idk if go gsr or b16? so far ive heard that b16 is better.
Secondly, what are thhe other things that i will need besides head, oil pump, water pump and timing belt?..
