Default Code 11 on obd1 ecu via Crome

I made a basemap for a customer which consisted of a stock ls/vtec. He said it is throwing code 11. Code 11 is non existent on obd1 ecu's besides the fact that some EMS have the option to use it as an overheating option. I haven't gotten the ecu back yet but it was working just fine in my car before parking it to build my boost setup.

Any ideas on this situation? I will be burning a new stock gsr map on there for trouble shooting purposes.

Thanks

Problem resolved. Customer's mechanic switchted the IAT and Purge Solenoid connectors in the engine bay causing q31 to blow up in the ecu. The idiot mechanic kept on making it seem like I sold a bad ecu. But come to realized he also blew the customer's original ecu as well.
