When turning on my B18c4 its struggling to startup it would be reving at 300-400rpm and this would happen for 10-30 seconds and then idle normally and ive also been realising that my radiator levels have started dropping?any info wanted

 

Clean your iacv, mine did the same

 

did that already

 

Check your tps voltage?

 

Or it might be the distributor? I replaced mine a couple days and it idle way smoother
