Default Integra rear sway bar conversion to EK?????

Hello everyone I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX and I'm putting on the 94 to 2000 Integra rear sway bar on. The sway bar itself has little bushings with metal sleeve, people keep saying this to pop those off and the end links will fit perfectly but don't I need those metal sleeves to help protect the bushings???

Thanks for the link it was very informative but it didn't quite answer my question about the rear sway bar.

Teg sway bar plus em1 sway bar bracket mounts equal a direct fit on EKs.

yes i understand but where the endlinks enter the sway bar there is a rubber bushing with a metal sleeve going through it people have been saying just to take it out and i will be ok but isnt that sleeve there for a purpose?

ASR makes an endlink adaptor that will eliminate the rubber bushing. It is on the bottom of the page here http://www.asrparts.com/upgrade/

Sorry I forgot I never finished the second portion of that write up. You need to leave the rubber bushing in like this write up:
