Default Will a LS Rear Sway Bar need support?

Would a LS rear sway bar on a 6th generation civic need any kind of support bracket kit? There shouldn't be any threat of subframe tear-out with a 13mm sway bar, right?

I don't think so. I think the problem with sub-frame tears was with bigger sway bars i.e ITR 23mm bar.

Do EK LCAs even come with sway bar mounting holes pre-drilled?

Yeah there are holes there, probably because the SI has a sway bar.
