Default Car Temp lights on/off

I have a 1992 Acura Integra GS-R with original b17 engine and a ls trans. All of a sudden my temp gauge seems to be acting really weird. Whenever the car was at normal running temp it was getting dark so i flicked on the lights. the video shows what is going on, im not sure what it could be or how these are related. any ideas or suggestion is appreciated thanks.

also this is a picture of my oem spoiler bolts, and they seemed to be stripped i can't tighten them or loosen them, it must have came loose in the actual spoiler, it is really loud and rattles, not sure how to get this to stop, any one else have this problem or any idea how to fix it?

Thanks guys,

:two pictures attached, one side is fine but one side is loose and rattles.

For the bolts at least you could probably get a vice grip and clamp them on the washer under the head of the bolt and then try to zip the nuts off. that way it wont spin everything when you try n take off the nut. that make sense? then you can just take the whole spoiler off and go from there.

as for your electrical issue im sorry but dont have the know how! hate electrical!

For the electrical, check your dash harness grounds.

When one circuit, [engine temp. gauge] has an effect on another circuit, [dash lights] it is almost always a grounding problem, grounds are the one thing that is common to all circuits in the car. 94

may not be recommended but...if you're good with an angle grinder take it to them. I did that with a fused nut on my exhaust mani worked fine.
