Icon3 problems

So its a 89 sedan with a b20b non vtec , we just did a valve adjustment correctly and now thebidle is real low feels like it wants to die. We replaced the distributor cap n rotor and ots still the same. There is also a clear non gas smelling liqiud that comes from the exaughst pipe. 2.5 in skunk 2 new catalytic converter. There is air coming from the brake booster. Any help would be amazing. I did check the wires and spark plugs their still good.

The clear liquid from the exhaust pipe is water. It is a by-product of the combustion, that is to say all motors produce water out of the exhaust. Pay it little to no mind unless, it smells sweet (antifreeze).
Sounds like you just need to adjust the idle screw. Locate the service connector under (I think it's a tan color) a rubber cover on the right side of the engine bay. It's a 2 wire socket that comes off of the harness near the washer reservoir bottle. Use a paper clip or something to connect the two pins in the plug together, then adjust the idle screw. I believe the idle screw is on top of the throttle body. Should be a bronze colored flat head screw.
